An apprenticeship is a real job that allows you to earn while you learn!

Apprenticeships aren’t just for school or college leavers, they are for everyone aged 16 years and above. Whether you’re leaving school,starting a new job, already working or even a senior manager, an apprenticeship offers an alternative route into work, further education and career progression.

Through a blended approach of hands-on work-based training and ‘off-the-job’ classroom-based learning, apprenticeships are a great way to start or progress your chosen career. Apprenticeships normally take between two and four years to complete,and during this time you will experience and gain relevant work-based skills,and achieve recognised qualifications (from Level 2 to Master’s degree level) –all while earning money!
