Causeway Coast and Glens Labour Market Partnership (LMP) is a new programme to help address challenges in the local labour market for people that are unemployed, under-employed or needing to upskill, and also for local employers who are looking to attract local talent to help shape their workforce for the future.

The LMP is funded by the Department for Communities and delivered by Causeway Coast and Glens Council. It is a partnership initiative between Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council, North West and Northern Regional Colleges, The Causeway Chamber of Commerce and training contractors serving and operating across the borough.
