Upskill your staff

Causeway Apprenticeships – Progressing existing staff to become Apprentices or start a Higher-Level Apprenticeship.

If you have an existing staff member who wishes to upskill Apprenticeships are a wonderful way to do so.

If the worker is aged 16-24 the Department for the Economy ( DfE) can fund the full cost of their training element. For workers aged 25 and over, DfE can assist with 50% of the training costs if they work in a priority sector.

Apprentices must work a minimum of 21 hours per week.

Apprenticeships can be completed at local colleges and training providers at Level 2 and Level 3, with higher level apprenticeships ranging from level 4-7, but these are predominately at level 5.
